Exhibitor registration for EDspaces 2024 is open. The Contract Contact for your company received an email from [email protected] containing a ink to the registration portal, as well as your company’s unique password and instructions on how to register your booth staff. Access Custom Marketing Tools

Event & Networking Platform

The EDspaces Event & Networking Platform is now available to all registered exhibitors. The platform includes connectED, EDspaces’ matchmaking tool to accelerate business opportunities. The platform will also include your company description, social links, and product categories which attendees will be able to view and will also be used to help you match with them. Please note you must be registered for EDspaces to access the event platform.

How would you like attendees to find you before and during EDspaces? To ensure you make the most of the event, please log in to the EDspaces & CSC event platform and update your profile. The networking AI matching tool will then suggest the best connections for you and your company.

The platform, available on both desktop and as the EDspaces & CSC mobile app (mobile app available closer to the event), is the primary tool attendees will use to find and connect with you. Providing accurate and comprehensive information will help you stand out.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Company Summary on the Mobile App is pulled directly from your exhibitor console listing and cannot be updated within the app itself. In order to update the summary shown in the mobile app, please log-in to the exhibitor console above and update the “What We Do” section of your company profile.

Hanging Sign Info

All hanging signs must be approved by Show Management, no exceptions. Access the hanging sign approval request form in the exhibitor console. Deadline to submit is October 11, 2024.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC)

An EAC is a company or contractor hired by the exhibitor, who is not an employee of your company or of an official show contractor. EAC’s must be pre-approved to access the exhibit floor.

Insurance

Emerald (EDspaces parent company) requires all exhibitors to provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance to exhibit. Click here for a sample COI (Certificate of Insurance) including minimum limits and additional insured. If you do not have coverage, you can apply for coverage online through Marsh Total Event Insurance. Submit your COI through the Exhibitor Console

Exhibitor Sales Meetings

Schedule customer meetings in your booth or in a room during before or after exhibit hours. Complete the Sales Meeting Reservation Form by logging-in to the exhibitor console, click the link in the green box above your company cover photo, and then click “Buy In-Booth Sales Meetings”.
