He previously held leadership roles in teaching and learning, including Assistant Superintendent of Academics and Executive Director of Secondary Learning. Dr. Dublin earned his Doctorate of Education, Educational Specialist, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees from Southwest Baptist University. He is an experienced and dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in education.
Dr. Dublin is known as a collaborative, solutions-oriented leader with a strong commitment to students and staff. He oversees key operational areas including facilities, safety, and district systems, ensuring alignment with the district’s long-term strategic plan and vision therein. His leadership focuses on connecting operations to student outcomes, fostering strong partnerships, and creating high-quality, future-ready learning environments.
