Principal Mike Martini has dedicated over a decade to secondary education, most recently leading the successful opening of West Field High School in 2023. His connection to the school is deeply personal, he grew up farming the land where the school now stands, fueling a strong commitment to building lasting traditions and a student-centered culture.

With a diverse background in teaching, coaching, and school leadership, including roles at Roy High School and Kaysville Junior High, Principal Martini is known for his relationship-driven approach. He focuses on building systems that support high-level learning and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive. In 2025, he was recognized as Principal of the Year by the Utah School Boards Association.
