Press Registration Details
We Invite Your Press Coverage
EDspaces issues press badges to qualified editorial press/journalists (reporters, editors, freelance writers and news photographers, producers, etc.) working for media outlets relevant to the education facility industry. All press registrations are reviewed by show management before approval.
Press Credentials: must provide TWO (2) of the following:
• Business card from qualifying publication or media outlet
• Listing of name and title on masthead of qualifying publication or media outlet
• Recent copy of by-lined article or newsletter
• Website or blog
• Freelance writers, bloggers, artists, camera technician or those without titles on their business card must have a letter of authorization, on letterhead, from the editor of the publication for which you are writing or contributing to a story.
Registration is subject to qualification by EDspaces. Press registration is intended for editorial media only. Ad sales, marketing, public relations, publishing and promotions personnel must use Sales/Marketing Registration. If you cannot provide the above information, your press registration will not be approved. Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity do not qualify for a press credential.
Photographers and videographers: No press admittance without approval from show management. No photography or videography allowed without prior permission from show management. No exceptions.
