Her current work focuses on transforming physical environments to strengthen school culture, improve engagement, and support student and staff success. She has experience across K–12, higher education, and public sector systems and has worked with over 90 school districts and 4,000 educators to improve learning conditions. She believes the school environment is a powerful lever for climate, culture, and connection that centers students and educators and utilizes interactive workshops to turn strategy into action.
