Executive Director Of Facilities and OperationsWeber School DistrictLarry Hadley began his career in the private sector before joining Weber School District in 2000 as a secondary teacher. Over the past 26 years, he has served as a teacher, coach, junior high principal, high school principal, Director of Human Resources, and now Executive Director of Operations.
In his current role, Larry oversees new construction, maintenance, transportation, nutrition, custodial services, and district facilities. He has led the completion of multiple new school projects and continues to guide major capital improvements, including facility expansions and departmental consolidations.
A graduate of Weber High School, Larry brings a deep personal commitment to the district. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on supporting high-quality educational environments that enhance student engagement, collaboration, and success. His leadership has been recognized through honors including Teacher of the Year and Administrator of the Year.
