Assistant Director of Design and ConstructionLee's Summit R-7 Schools

Martha is the Assistant Director of Design and Construction for the Lee's Summit School District assisting the District with new construction, major renovation and long range planning for capital improvements. Ms. Kauffman has successfully overseen diverse projects for both public and not-for-profit organizations, ensuring high-quality project delivery and strategic oversight from inception to completion.

Over her career as an architect, Ms. Kauffman has over 35 years of experience in project management, construction administration, and owner’s representation. Ms. Kauffman's focus also includes Facilities Management to support both the interests and the assets for her clients.

In her free time, Martha enjoys spending time with family, camping, reading, and renovation projects on her 100 year old house.
