Dr. Lisa Pelkey is a statistical analyst with the Learning Tree Institute at Greenbush and has more than 15 years of experience in program evaluation, research design, survey development, and mixed-methods inquiry. Her work focuses on innovative educational practices, learning environments, and data-driven approaches to improve outcomes for students and educators. She has contributed to statewide initiatives in literacy, school improvement, and evaluation research and is particularly interested in how physical and instructional environments shape engagement, agency, and learning.
