Ms. Frazier-Goatley is a Louisville native. With more than 20 years of experience in elementary, middle, and high school education, she currently is the principal of the all girls academy, Dr. Grace James Academy of Excellence. As a founding member of this school, she has worked to eliminate barriers and provide countless experiences to female minority adolescents in Jefferson County Public Schools.
