We’re pleased to announce that EvolveCon, powered by HotelMap, is the only official housing vendor for EDspaces 2026. To ensure quality accommodations, secure booking, and exclusive rates, all hotel reservations should be made through the HotelMap platform (Launching Soon!). No other housing service or travel company is authorized to represent EDspaces or offer event-affiliated lodging.

Note: The Loews Hotels is connected to the convention center. All other hotels are within a 3-5 minute walk. EDspaces registration, educational sessions, and the exhibit hall are located at 15th street/Truman Rd Eastbound and Central St.

EDspaces does not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EvolveCon powered by HotelMap. Other third-party companies may contact you to get you to book reservations through them. Often, they will misrepresent themselves as the official housing provider. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely.
