
Steven Estepp
SuperintendentMariemont City SchoolsSteven Estepp is the Superintendent of the Mariemont City School District, a role he has held since July 2013. With over 30 years of experience in public education, Mr. Estepp has dedicated his career to fostering innovative learning environments and academic excellence. Under his leadership, Mariemont City Schools has consistently ranked among the top-performing districts in Ohio and the nation, notably becoming one of only four districts in the state to have all of its schools designated as National Blue Ribbon Schools.
During his tenure, Mr. Estepp spearheaded the development of Destination 2026, the district’s strategic instructional blueprint, and launched flagship programs such as Warriors BEyond, which provides students with amplified curriculum through enrichment, travel, and career exploration. A staunch advocate for student well-being, he also established the Warriors BEwell initiative to expand mental health services across all grade levels. Most recently, he oversaw the vision and completion of the new, state-of-the-art Mariemont High School, designed specifically to support 21st-century, collaborative learning.
Prior to joining Mariemont, Mr. Estepp served in various leadership roles within the Dublin City, Newark City, and Hilliard City school districts.
