Education and CEUs | LUs

How do I select the EDsessions I want to attend? Do I need to sign up in advance

  • Seating in EDsessions is on a first-come basis. If a classroom fills to capacity, standing room may not exceed fire marshal limits.

 

How do I receive Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) or Learning Units (LUs)?

  • EDsessions are included with full conference registrations and day passes only. If you provide a certification number during registration, AIA LUs and HSW credits will be reported within 30 days after EDspaces. GBCI credits and IDCEC CEUs are self-reported. If you need a certificate to report participation, please email Adrienne Dayton, EDmarket Vice President of Communications and Education.

  • EDspaces and Emerald are committed to providing a safe environment for customers, partners, and employees to conduct business. The event follows all CDC, State, City, and venue guidelines.

Hotel Reservations

Are hotel rooms reserved for EDspaces registrants?

  • Yes. EDspaces has contracted with hotels in Kansas City, MO.

How do I book a hotel room?

  • EvolveCon, powered by HotelMap, is the official EDspaces 2026 Housing Bureau. The hotel block opens when registration launches.

Booking hotels for a group (9+ rooms)?

  • Use the Group Bookings option on the EDspaces housing site.

Interested in a suite or extending your stay?

Why should I stay at an official EDspaces hotel?

  • Booking through non-endorsed vendors may result in financial loss, identity theft, or invalid reservations. Beware of unauthorized hotel resellers.

I booked my hotel but can’t find my confirmation. What should I do?

  • Registration is opening soon.

Can I pay registration fees with a purchase order?

  • Yes. Schools may pay registration fees using a purchase order.

What about dietary restrictions?

  • Dietary requirements are important, and all food items at EDspaces events are clearly labeled.
