Tampa Bay is home to two international airports, including top-rated Tampa International Airport (TPA) and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). Below, you’ll find a brief list of helpful transportation info and links.


By Air

Tampa International Airport (TPA) is minutes from downtown Tampa. It offers:


Although further away from downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) offers non-stop service to destinations around the United States and Canada with value-conscious airlines, Allegiant and Sun Country.

By Car

The Tampa Convention Center has its own parking garage. There are 465 spaces available, including 10 disabled parking spots and one Electric Vehicle Charging Station by ChargePoint. The parking cost is (subject to change):

  • Event Rate: Flat rate ranging from $5.00 to $12.00, subject to the event
  • Non-Event Rate: $1.60 per hour up to 5 hours, over 5 hours flat $9.50 per day
  • Visitor hourly parking: Mon-Sun overnight up to 6 AM.
  • Maximum Height: 6'-6"

By Bus

The Greyhound bus terminal is located in Downtown Tampa on 610 Polk Street near the corner of Pierce Street and is accessible by streetcar. (800) 231-2222


By Train

Amtrak service is available to/from Tampa.

Ground Transportation to/from TPA and TCC/EDspaces Hotels

A variety of ground transportation options makes it easy to access the TCC and EDspaces hotels from Tampa International Airport.


EDmarket has secured discount rates for SuperShuttle shared rides ($12.00 one-way or $20.00 round trip or up to $10.00 off ExecuCar private black sedan/SUV service) to the Tampa Convention Center or EDspaces hotels. Make your reservations online or call 1-800-BLUEVAN (1-800-258-3826) to schedule service using the discount code (52HC3). The discount code is good for travel from November 3 - November 18, 2018.

When you arrive at TPA, simply collect your luggage and check in at the SuperShuttle office located just outside baggage claim. Take advantage of their air-conditioned waiting area.

Blue One Transportation

Blue One Transportation is the preferred shuttle service for the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and is offering guests staying at the Marriott a one-way, discounted rate of $15.00. Call (813) 282-7351 from baggage claim once you have collected your luggage. Use the group code, EDspaces2018. Print out the Blue One flyer, and present it to the driver. This offer applies only to guests of the Marriott.


Taxicab Service

Taxi service by Yellow Cab and United Cab is available from TPA at flat rate of $25 before gratuities to downtown Tampa. Both companies pickup curbside outside the baggage claim area. For more information, contact Yellow Cab at (813) 253-0121 or United Cab at (813) 777-7777.


Rideshare Service

Lyft and Uber operate to and from the airports.


Bus Service

The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit (HART) bus stop is located at the west end of the Red Baggage Claim curbside by Belt #15. The route map and schedule are posted at the bus stop. For more information, visit HART online or call (813) 254-4278.

Getting around Tampa

Once you're in town, getting around Tampa is a breeze. Besides Taxi, Uber and Lyft, there are a number of other ways for you to get around: the Downtowner, the free Hart In-Towner (bus route 96), the Pirate Water Taxi service, TECO Streetcar, Coast Bike Share, and Zipcar.
