As an exhibiting company, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary, full conference registrations per 10' x 10' booth. Additional exhibitor badges, above your allotment, are available for purchase. Your exhibit staff is invited to the EDfest All-Industry Event from 5:00pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 24 (RSVP during registration).
There are no Expo Only passes for EDspaces 2019. Your customers may register for Exhibits Only. These rates vary from $100 - $200 depending upon the individual's membership status and the time of registration (early-bird, advance, or standard).
Allotments must be designated by 10/18. On 10/19, any unused allotments will be voided and the Standard registration rate will apply.
Exhibitors and Manufacturer Reps can pick up their individual badges and badge holders at on-site Registration in the Wisconsin Center starting on Monday, October 21. Badges will not be mailed. No one will be granted access to the exhibit hall without an official EDspaces badge. Use of an exhibitor badge by anyone other than the person named thereon is expressly prohibited. Any violations will result in the automatic confiscation of the exhibitor badge and removal of the person. Additional information is available in the Exhibit Rules and Regulations.
