As an exhibiting company, you are entitled to 2 complimentary booth personnel badges per 10' x 10' booth and discounted rates on additional exhibitor badges beyond your allotment. Your exhibit staff is invited to the EDfest All-Industry Event from 5:00-7:00 pm on 10/24 (RSVP required).
Allotments must be designated by 10/18. On 10/19, any unused allotments will be voided and the Standard registration rate will apply.
Exhibitors and Manufacturer Reps can pick up their individual badges and badge holders at any onsite Registration location or kiosk. Badges will not be mailed, refer to registration and access hours and locations. No one will be granted access to the exhibit hall without an official EDspaces badge.
