The AIA Committee on Architecture for Education (CAE) is a large and active group of architects and allied professionals concerned with the quality and design of all types of educational, cultural, and recreational facilities. CAE identifies national educational facility issues critical to architects and works to strengthen relationships with allied organizations, client groups, and the public.

The Center for Green Schools

The Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Geen Building Council was established to drive the transformation of all schools into sustainable and healthy places to live, learn, work and play. The Center works directly with teachers, students, administrators, elected officials and communities to create programs, resources and partnerships that transform all schools into healthy learning environments.

International Interior Design Association (IIDA)

The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) strives to create a strong niche for the most talented and visionary Interior Design professionals, to elevate the profession to the level it warrants, and to lead the way for the next generation of Interior Design innovators. The Association provides a forum to demonstrate design professionals’ impact on the health, safety, well being and virtual soul of the public, balancing passion for good design and strategy for best business practices.

American Architectural Foundation (AAF)

The American Architectural Foundation (AAF) is dedicated to the vibrant social, economic, and environmental future of cities. AAF provides design leadership training and technical assistance to hundreds of elected officials, public-private partnerships, education leaders, business leaders, and other key local decision makers in the design process.

Association for Learning Environments

The Association for Learning Environments, formerly the Council of Education Facility Planners International (CEFPI), is the primary advocate and resource for effective educational facilities, serving those who use, plan, design, construct, maintain, equip and operate educational facilities.

The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS)

The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) is an independent, non-profit, student-run organization dedicated to providing unmatched programs, information, and resources on issues critical to architectural education. The mission of the AIAS is to promote excellence in architectural education, training, and practice; to foster an appreciation of architecture and related disciplines; to enrich communities in a spirit of collaboration; and to organize students and combine their efforts to advance the art and science of architecture.
