EDspaces Sales Meetings

What you do goes beyond conferences and shows. It’s about connecting with people – listening to them, learning what they need to accomplish their goals and building content, education, resources and relationships. Holding private meetings allows your company to make pre-scheduled, face-to-face appointments where you focus on those relationships, identifying specific needs of your customers, communicating new ideas and initiatives or just providing that crucial hands-on training of your products or services.

There are two types of Exhibitor Sales Meetings available at EDspaces: meetings in a room and meetings in the exhibit booth. Whether it is a national sales meeting for your team or detailing a product to an architect or a director of facilities, Your Success Starts Here.

In-Booth Sales Meetings

May be conducted any time during non-exhibit hours:
 Wednesday, OCT 25    8 – 11:00 AM
 Thursday, OCT 26    8 – 11:00 AM

The in-booth sales meeting reservation form must be received by EDmarket by September 29, 2017, to obtain the advance discount rate. After September 29, 2017, standard or on-site rates will apply for in-booth sales meetings.

In-Room Sales Meetings

Sales meetings can be scheduled at following times:
 Tuesday, OCT 24    8 AM – 5 PM
 Wednesday, OCT 25    8 – 11:00 AM
 Thursday, OCT 26    8 – 11:00 AM

There is no deadline for reserving a meeting room; however, space is limited and rooms will be assigned by receipt date of the reservation form with payment. To have your sales meeting listed (optional) in the EDspaces Program, your reservation must be received by September 19, 2017.
