Booth Assignment for EDspaces 2021 Conference & Marketplace

Space selection for EDspaces 2021, November 3-5, Pittsburgh, PA, will start on Tuesday, November 17. Booth assignment is based on the EDspaces Priority Point System as described below.

Based on seniority, exhibitors at this year's Digital Experience (2020) are first eligible to select their exhibit space for next year's (2021) event followed by those companies who planned to participate in the Charlotte 2020 in-person event.

Once all Digital Experience and planned Charlotte participants have had an opportunity to select space, reservations to exhibit at EDspaces 2021 will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth assignment will be based upon the EDspaces Points System, by which each company earns points through:

  • 2 points for each year of continuous membership in EDmarket
  • 2 points per $1,000 donated to the Bring-A-Buyer program
  • 1 point for each year of exhibiting at EDspaces (maximum 9 points)
  • 1 point per 100 square feet of planned exhibit space at the Charlotte 2020 in-person event
  • 10 points for participation in the EDspaces 2020 Digital Experience
  • 1 point for each $1,000 spent in the EDspaces 2020 Digital Experience sponsorships
  • 3 points per confirmed referral vehicle used for participation in EDspaces Customer Referral/Invitation Program
