Step-By-Step Guide

There are three steps to set up your company's booth:

Step 1. Complete Your Individual Professional Profile

Step 2. Complete Your Company Profile

Step 3. Select Your Product Categories and Complete Your Product Showcase

Here's a complete list of all the digital assets you'll need to set up your booth


Step 1. Add/Update your profile

You will receive a welcome email with your login credentials and details to access the event platform.

This will do two things: allow you to personally make and receive AI-recommended connections for attendees and session AND allow you to be added to your company booth.

  1. 1. Click on Profile on the LEFT menu to ensure your profile is current.
  2. 2. Upload a picture and enter your professional information in the fields provided.


Step 2. Completing Your Company Profile

Once you're logged in, you'll begin setting up your account at this screen.

  1. 1. Click on the LEFT menu item: Company Profile and follow the prompts as you enter your data.
  2. 2. Upload your logo.
  3. 3. Enter the company name.
  4. 4. Add your company tagline or slogan.
  5. 5. Enter your company website.
  6. 6. Include your social media accounts (Twitter & LinkedIn).
  7. 7. Launching a new product or want to feature one specifically for EDspaces? Copy and paste your Vimeo or YouTube link.
  8. 8. Place the link to your product catalog.
  9. 9. For additional product information or new product launches include a link to its content here.
  10. 10. Location should include City, State (abbreviation), and country, if applicable
  11. 11. Include a brief company description/background.


Product Categories & Sub-Categories


Step 3. Selecting Your Product Categories and Completing Your Product Showcase

To start this step, and add product information, select the Product Showcase from the LEFT menu.

  1. 1. Click on the LEFT menu item: Company Product Showcase and follow the prompts as you enter your data.
  2. 2. Start by adding your first product name/title.
  3. 3. Enter the product tagline or slogan.
  4. 4. Add the Product Category and Sub-Category (these are two different fields).
  5. 5. In the Location field, enter the web link where additional product information is located; this could be within your online product catalog.
  6. 6. Include a brief product description/background.
